We’ve all become familiar with Chuck’s penchant of stretching the truth as far as necessary to serve his purpose, whatever that may be. Nothing good for sure. This time he’s reached another low when it comes to childishness. In a recent blog on the Sewerline, he accused Al Spain and Lou Desso of removing the opponents’ campaign signs. It’s not true! What is true however, is that Chuck was seen by a Town firefighter removing Spain and Desso signs. Has there been an election or primary in North Greenbush in recent memory that Dan Ashley and Chuckie have NOT been involved in less than honorable behavior? If there has been, I can’t think of any.
And isn’t Chuck the sanctimonius little prig tattletailing that Al hasn’t filed his report with the State yet. Some people actually have a life Chuck and it’s not the end of the world. As I remember the Green Party was a little behind schedule at one time. That’s Chuck folks, always trying to cast people in the worst possible light. It must be tough this year, trying to decide who to skewer next with your rapier intellect.
Just a couple more thoughts. Don’t think that big ass sign is going to win you any extra votes. If anything, it’s an eyesore. Finally, if I owned a business in Town, I absolutely wouldn’t allow any campaign signs in front of my property. So Lou was right, everybody or nobody, at least if you don’t want to lose customers.
I knew that it was too much to expect a calm civil campaign considering Chuck’s involvement. I would ask, however, that all of you who read this blog pass the word on to friends, neighbors and relatives that if they don’t want chaos, if they are tired of NG being made the laughing stock of the tri-cities, if they don’t want Town government run like a three ring circus, then they should support Al Spain, Lou Desso and Stephanie Piel. It’s the only way to keep Chuck’s twisted values out of Town government.
What it cant be Charlie was taking out others campaign signs !!! Again I love how his stupid blah blah blah about other people is usually about himself, doing the samething, but ohhhh wait I forgot its ok for him to do all those things he is Chucky !!! What a Joke !!!
Isn’t Trish Noel who signed her name to the letter in the Record the same one who has been Charlie’s buddy from way back in the Colleen Fennel days when those two and a few others managed to ruin a lovely person’s life? I’m sure Charlie wrote the letter, he’s too much of a control freak not to.
“So Lou was right, everybody or nobody…” Are you serious with this comment? So when it is time for the Presidential election you expect Obama sign along with the GOP condidate sign because idiot Lou says so?
I was actually in the store when Lou started to complain, and if he talked to me that way, well I would not see a good outcome for him.
OK folks. Time for a reality check. Has anybody gone on “you tube” or in chuck’s case it should be “you boob” and seen his video? He is actually taking credit for the development on 4 & 43. Can you believe that. He is blaming Al and Lou for all the delays and he say’s that , if elected, he will make it a priority to move that project along and get stores in there so we can begin to collect needed tax revenue. IT”S UNBELIEVABLE. This guy is nut’s. BUT; here’s the issue. There are a lot of new people in town who BELIEVE him. These new families have never heard of Chuckels and his clowns. They believe what they hear and see. And guess what. All they are hearing is : what Chuckie can do for them.
We old timers know better, but we aren’t necessarily in the majority anymore.
WE HAVE TO GET THE WORD OUT ABOUT CHUCK.
Al and Lou need your help. Call them. Offer to make some calls and write some letters. You know that Chuckie has something big planned right before election day. You know It will be filled with lies and distortions, but people will believe it and he just might pull it off.
How many of you said that Al couldn’t lose the primary to Chuck. Well, guess what. AL LOST TO CHUCK AND IT CAN HAPPEN AGAIN.
Let’s get off our comfortable asses, not take this for granted because it’s just Chuckie, and get out there and tell your NEW neighbors and old friends that they need to vote this year. Please offer to help and make calls and send letters. We only have 2 weeks to get this done.
Mr. Dem is exactly correct! We ALL need to get the word out, and quickly. We cannot underestimate what Chuckles and freinds have planned for this last full week of the campaign, nor can we underestimate the damage that they can / will do if they get into power.

Does “Real Progress” to 4&43 mean that CB now knows that he lied about the past Town Board led by Paul Tazbir. Remember that Charlie when you came to the board meetings and carried on with one lie after the other about the project. North Greenbush would be leading the way in the Capital District if you had allowed “Real Progress”. We did the right thing then Charlie and if you didn’t lie and cost the Town of North Greenbush a ton of money we would be shopping there right now. So instead of attacking me with your pen just an apology to Paul, Joe and I would do.
I can’t believe that Joe Styczinski is now a Chuckie supporter after what Chuckie did and said about him and the rest of the town board back then. People like Joe make me sick. Joe seems to forget who got him involved in town politics in the first place. It was Al and the Democrats. Then for some reason, he turns into a Republican. And now he’s back to supporting Chuck and his merry band of idiots.
As for Chuck’s lying back then. Whose shocked? He’s been a liar all his life. Bob Ashe is right. We would be shopping there this holiday season if DANA and Chuck hadn’t put up a fight and cost the town thousands of dollars to fight them. AND NOW HE WANTS TO TAKE CREDIT FOR IT????? Are you kidding me?
Let’s not forget that Chuck has also done the following for the town of North Greenbush.
1- Cost the town thousand’s of dollars in cost overuns in 3 different water districts .
2- cost the town thousand’s in lost sales tax dollars by delaying the development of 4 & 43.
3- Sued Classie Lassie’s because his daughter got hurt playing at a much higher level than she was capable of playing. All because Chuck insisted.
4- Sued St. Judes for pretty much the same reason.
5- Was involved, along with his mother, in causing the suicide of Colleen Fennel who was the Principal at Gardner Dickinson.
I could keep going on and on, but it’s pretty much the same thing over and over.You get the picture. There is only one way to stop it. VOTE
I can’t even vote this year in the supervisors election, with all the bull going on, Al and Lou accepted donations from a buisness owner in our Town, who owns Lawn Pro. He is a felony convicted drug dealer from the Troy Pizza Ring. This sends a great message to my kids for our candidates. Give the money back, and maybe I’ll vote.
Al Spain and Lou Desso are also showing some contributions that are raising eyebrows. Take a look at who is sending money their way here , here and here and last but not least here! Reference the address between corporate names and personal address. Great way to finance a campaign.
