The voters of North Greenbush have spoken loud and clear. This time we hope Former Candidate Smith listens, really listens. Even DANA couldn’t pull out Dist. 6 for him. I’d like to think those four votes were from some of my family.
We kept telling Former Candidate Smith that noone wants to hear what he has to say, very few noones apparently. To get the least amount of votes of anyone running on the Democratic line (true Democrats of course), must be a stinging rejection for Former Candidate Smith. The County Dems must be pretty ticked off too. This may be the death knell for the Dan Ashley/Charlie Smith reign of terror in North Greenbush. That is, if either one of them can figure out that they’re no longer of any consequence and their leadership is no longer required.
We hope the people who like to think that our motives are only political will come to realize that when we have cautioned people against getting involved with the Ashley/Smith regime, we are very sincere in our warnings. These are dishonest self-serving individuals who will use or abuse anyone.
So Charlie did what he set out to do. He gave voters a choice. He just wasn’t it. The results were the same, whether he ran or he didn’t. Jann, you’re not off the hook yet. We’re all still waiting to be awed by some amazing thing that was supposed to happen. Care to fill us in?
Congratulations to the winners, Al Spain, Lou Desso and Stephanie Piel. Along with Kelly and Joe, they make a good team for the residents of North Greenbush.

That loud FLUSH everyone heard at 9:00 p.m. last night was the A.S.S. team making “progress for North Greenbush” as it cycled its way through the Rensselaer County Sewage Treatment Plant.
Ohhhh Jann come out come out whereever you are… I’m sure you have so much to say. It seems pretty quiet in the cb/flying monkey compound. What do you have to say now ? Now that the people have had a choice and they don’t choose YOU 2:1 !!!!
All of the venom and lies that were spewed by the “progress” team came back to bite them. CB, I hope you listen to the voters of this town and realize that your brand of “gutter” politics is not what we want. Congrats to Al, Stephanie, Lou, Amy and most of all–the town residents.
So talk about Smith saying this and that and clearly you get worked up about it, yet you do the exact same thing. I don’t get it. And to bash someone’s job smells like your saying “I’m better then he is”. As you hawk for republicans I can only assume you are one yourself and you bring shame to the party.
So CHUCKHOLE can make remarks about peoples weight, their handicaps etc., we give a little back and it’s a CRIME.

Vic, I dealt with CB over 20 years ago, and I learned very quickly that the man is simply not very intelligent. I give him all due credit for hard work, but unless he has his talking points outlined, he is not capable of processing a complex issue. Once you rebut his prepared material, all he can do is begin whining hysterically.
I don’t care about CB at all. What I care about is people having some morals. I am a conservative so I could care less about his side or what they did or did not do, but if this blog is outraged for what he says then take the high ground and don’t stoop to his level. That was my point.

As for “county level”, does your bull$hit ever stop. The county didn’t endorse one person from the A.S.S. team. Looks like Wade washed his hands of North Greenbush. Something tells me it has to do with Sabo’s involvement with he Working Families Party. Good ole Justice Josh did all the PRO BONER work for the WFP and never reported it, looks like it could come back and bite him in the A.S.S. Maybe they’ll even tie him to the ballot fraud that took place during the village election.
So Jann, now that this election cycle is over, and you one again find yourself with the short end of the stick, what are your plans for 2013? You’ve already been to the “prom” with every political party in the town, will we see a new one?

Hmm.. Jann is concentrating on the county. The Tom Wade North Greenbush brain trust of Charlie Smith, Dan Ashley, Jann Liberty and Bob Price. This is the greatest gift that could be given to the Republicans. The GOP should retire the Republican of the Year award. If these people are running the Dems the GOP should probably be winning for the next generation. They are deserving of the award!

Once Al has the office open from 8:30 – 4:30 everday and the camera fixed, as he promised at the debate- things should get better. His resignation from Troy City must be on it’s way, as also promised. Now It’s time for your TEAM of whatever to keep their promises. Time will tell. I do wish them all the very best of luck.
At least we all know what CB will be doing for the next two years. “Clean up in Aisle Six Charlie.” We can rest easier knowing Chuckles is capable of doing this job. However, I wonder how many NG residents will decide to shop elsewhere? Isn’t it against state regulations to have a jackass in a grocery store?
I guess the “AMAZING NEW SIGN” didn’t fool anyone. The Pipeline has been silent, CB must be in hiding. There is no doubt now that his kind of political activity has been soundly rejected by the intelligent voters of North Greenbush. All the best to Al, Stephanie and Lou. When you’re talking to CHUCKHOLE at the next NG DEM Committee meeting tell him to change the title on his blog from finish line to “FINISHED LINE”, because it’s all over, the “FAT LADY” has sung.
I think the point was made by the. Election results that the voters of this town could care less about having board meetings on public access tv. It was just another concocted issue by CB and company. Now morons like Jan and CB are going to try and use their petty issues to try and say they have an impact on the leadership of the town. Please give us a break from the bullshit, crawl back into your hole and leave the governance to the adults.
I think the truly amazing thing that Jann was promising is the end of Premo’s career here in NGB. Premo endorsed the CB Smith gang, who all lost 2 to 1. Doesn’t say much for Premo’s pull, does it?
As far as Jann concentrating county-wide, the GOP had a good night. They won 2 out of 3 county-wide races and except for Troy and one other place, Sand Lake, rolled in the county. They even won the East Greenbush supervisor along with the North Greenbush supervisor. A good night for the GOP.
As a follow-up, it doesn’t say much when you outspend your opponents, as CB did, going on TV and spending for the big signs, and then lose by such a big margin. The number of Democrats who voted for GOP candidates in NGB has to be a record.
Very quiet in NGB recently. Could it be that Charles has finally found out residents true feelings? Charles can paraphrase Sally Field at the oscars in NG’s feelings toward him. “You don’t like me! You really really don’t like me!!!”
Can’t help but think how many more votes Ray Elliot might have gotten in North Greenbush, had he not been stuck on the same line as the Smith Ticket.
You have to wonder how many TVs Judge Ray kicked out seeing CB’s ad on. Down goes the ticket thanks to CB!

Charles (we have to call him that, now that this became his chosen name for his campaign signs) is right back at it, taking shots at anyone he can in todays sewerpipe. It seams that he’s got his panties in a knot over Lou Catrona, today.
Well he’s wearing Jann’s panties, no wonder they’re in a knot.
I guess he thinks if he keeps his soap box going, he’ll raise enough money to get back that $5,000 he loaned to the party for it’s failed “Progress for North Greenbush” campaign.
Let’s be honest here. Chuckles never had 5K to loan his campaign. His wife gave him the 5K and God only knows what Chuckles will have to do to repay her. Has a major party candiate ever been beaten so badly by a non-incumbent?
